Police stated: "We emphasize that contrary to reports that were circulated, no stabbing occurred at the scene." Right-wing activist and convicted criminal Mordechai David posted a video on his Instagram account from the city, in which he says that "after Arabs constantly attack Jews in Lod, we came to do a sovereignty patrol." The video shows additional activists, whom David calls "the Jewish heroes."
