President Isaac Herzog eulogized Binyahu Malet, who was murdered in the shooting attack in the village of Tal near Havat Gilad in the West Bank. "The heart breaks upon learning of his murder," he said. "I send heartfelt condolences to his dear family, his friends and the Havat Gilad community, and pray for the full recovery of the wounded. I commend the security forces working resolutely to protect Israel's citizens. In the face of murderous terrorism that seeks to destroy us, we must stand united and determined. We won't let terror win."
