Police arrested a Tel Aviv resident (63) after a kangaroo stolen in the early morning hours from a zoo in the Beit She'an Valley was found in his apartment in the city's Tzahala neighborhood, along with several other exotic animals. Police opened an investigation this morning after receiving a report of two suspects who broke into the zoo overnight and stole a red-necked wallaby joey. Professionals were called to the apartment to examine the kangaroo's health condition, and it is expected to be returned to the zoo.
