Mother of Eitan Horn: 'Even when the focus is on Iran - don't forget hostages can die at any moment'

|
Ruth Strom, mother of hostage Eitan Horn and captivity survivor Yair Horn, announced that a rocket fragment fell on the home of one of their family members during the Iranian barrage. "We had the privilege of receiving 10 minutes warning before we heard the boom. Eitan, my beloved son, has been in uncertainty and helplessness for 617 days - when at any moment he could hear the boom that will end his life in the depths of a tunnel in Gaza." According to her, "My Eitan is rotting in a tunnel just a few kilometers away from the border communities, suffering from a severe skin disease and in a difficult mental state. Even when the public focus is on Iran, we must not forget that we have 53 hostages who could die or disappear at any moment."
