Security forces arrived overnight to evacuate the outpost established near Palestinian homes in Qusra in Samaria, which resulted in several Palestinian residents being besieged for four days. Hilltop activist Elisha Yered wrote that "Border Police officers raided overnight together with Civil Administration inspectors three settlement points in Benjamin and Samaria and demolished them." However, Qusra council head Abd al-Azim Wadi said the outpost has not yet been evacuated, and large military forces are present on site - both in the village and on the hill. According to him, the Civil Administration said the extremists will likely be evacuated from there today definitively, and requested that residents avoid "unnecessary vehicle movement within the village."
