An Israeli security official said the political echelon has approved Egypt's request to bring in equipment and personnel to assist in efforts to locate deceased hostages. This is the first time Israel has allowed a foreign team to enter Gaza since the ceasefire, and approval was given exclusively to the Egyptian team.
