Amnesty accuses Israel: 'Deliberately causing starvation in Gaza as part of political plan'

|
Human rights organization Amnesty International has issued a statement claiming that Israel is conducting a "deliberate starvation campaign" in the Gaza Strip. "The deadly combination of hunger and disease is not an unfortunate consequence of Israel's military activities in Gaza," the organization wrote, "it is a deliberate result of plans and policies that Israel designed and implemented over 22 months to lead to the destruction of Gazans' lives."
