The State Attorney's Office notified the attorneys of former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's chief of staff, Tzachi Braverman, that the Attorney General and the State Attorney are considering bringing criminal charges against him for fraud, breach of trust and obstruction of justice, pending a hearing. This was reported by the Prosecutor's Office. As part of the 'Midnight Meeting' affair in which Braverman is a suspect, investigators examined claims made by Eli Feldstein, the former spokesman for the prime minister, according to which Braverman updated him in advance about the investigation being conducted against him regarding the leak of classified documents to Bild, that he knows who the suspects are and that he can 'shut it down.'
