"No frozen funds have been released or transferred from or through the UAE," the statement said. Earlier, two sources told Reuters that the Emirates would release $10 billion for the Islamic Republic, while other sources claimed it was about $20 billion to be unfrozen as a condition for halting Iranian attacks. One of the sources said that a first installment of $3 billion has already been made available to Iran.
