Opposition leader Yair Lapid condemned the attempt to break into the Supreme Court chamber during a hearing on a state commission of inquiry into the events of October 7. 'The rampage at the High Court is a result of incitement by the prime minister and his ministers against the Supreme Court. Their violent rhetoric endangers lives,' he said. 'Instead of encouraging these scenes, the government should have done one simple thing - establish a state commission of inquiry to investigate the massacre. They will no longer do it, we will do it in the next government.'
