The second phase of the Express Lanes project was launched this morning with the opening of a transportation hub in Rishon Lezion, according to Netivei Ayalon company. The new transportation hub is located in western Rishon Lezion, where drivers can park for free and board one of the express lane routes to Tel Aviv-Yafo at no cost. The four new routes are: Line 861, which will pass through the Kirya military base, Sarona Center and Azrieli Center; Line 862, which will pass through the Stock Exchange area and near Savidor Central Railway Station; Line 863, which will pass along the Begin-HaMasger axis; Line 864, which will pass along the Yigal Alon axis.
