The new 'Haredi Public' party has submitted its list for the next Knesset. The top four positions feature party chairman Moti Leitner, Asher Fredi, Dr. Nahumi Yafa and Ziva Glanz. Leitner stated: 'Tens of thousands of Israelis who previously voted for Shas, which in recent years has become a branch of the Peleg thugs shouting in the streets 'we will die and not enlist' – today for the first time there is an alternative. We offer hope and a future for the Haredi public.'
