Yagal Buskila, a 19-year-old homeless man, is the suspect in the abduction of 10-year-old Yaheli from Petah Tikva on August 30. This was cleared for publication. In addition to the abduction, Buskila is also suspected of assaulting children in various locations across the country. Buskila's attorney, Frida Wall, claimed that he is a person with an intellectual disability.
