Malls and shopping centers will resume operations tomorrow, in accordance with the easing of Home Front Command guidelines. Big Shopping Centers notified businesses operating in its complexes that "you are required to open your stores starting tomorrow at 12:00 PM." Until now, only essential businesses were permitted to operate in malls and shopping centers. Some employees are still not expected to come to work because school has not resumed.
