A toddler about two years old and a young man about 25 years old were seriously injured when hit by a car while riding an electric bicycle at the intersection of David Ben-Gurion Boulevard and Yitzhak Rabin Street in Ashkelon. MDA teams evacuated them to Barzilai Hospital in the city.
