Sergeant Yosef Yehuda Hirak, who fell yesterday in northern Gaza Strip, was killed as a result of cross-fire, according to an initial IDF investigation. The force, including Yosef, entered a building to investigate and destroy a tunnel shaft. During this time, another platoon was securing the force. Following the initial investigation, it was determined that Yosef, who was inside the building, was killed by cross-fire from the force securing the area.
