Lawyer and another suspect arrested for allegedly forging elderly people's wills to seize their assets

Officers from the Fraud Unit of Tel Aviv District Police arrested two suspects last week, one of them a lawyer, on suspicion of forging the wills of elderly people, both deceased and living, in order to fraudulently seize their assets. Police accuse the two of obtaining property by fraud under aggravated circumstances, conspiracy to commit a crime and forgery. An indictment was already filed against the lawyer a year ago for similar offenses.
