Police arrested a 20-year-old Jerusalem resident on suspicion of planting an explosive device in the vehicle of the Likud branch chairman in Or Yehuda, Dodo Halevi. On September 18, police received a report of an explosion heard from a vehicle in Or Yehuda. The explosion caused damage to the vehicle, and there were no injuries. The suspect will be brought this morning for a hearing at the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court.
