Britain has banned two anti-Israel American social media influencers from entering its territory - The Young Turks founder Cenk Uygur and his nephew, streamer Hasan Piker. The British Home Office canceled the electronic travel authorizations of both ahead of their planned participation this week in the SXSW Festival in London, a European offshoot of the well-known American technology, music and culture conference. The move against Uygur was justified on the grounds that his presence 'could incite antisemitism following his statements since October 7.' Piker announced that his entry permit was also canceled in a similar move.
