A young man in his 20s from northern Israel returned from limb lengthening surgery performed in Turkey with severe complications in his hip bones, infection and tissue damage. According to doctors' assessment, he may remain disabled for the rest of his life. This was revealed to ynet. The young man was hospitalized at Rambam Medical Center and in recent days was released for rehabilitation in the community.
