A four-year-old boy from Holon was hospitalized at Wolfson Medical Center in serious condition following an infection caused by meningococcal bacteria. The hospital reported that the boy arrived at the emergency room with rapidly developing symptoms, and after examinations, was diagnosed with an invasive infection of the bacteria. His condition is now stable.
