Defense Minister Israel Katz announced that he will travel tonight for a diplomatic visit to Washington, during which he will meet at the Pentagon with U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and other senior U.S. administration officials. In a statement from his office, they noted that "during his visit, the Defense Minister will discuss with his counterpart a series of security and diplomatic issues, primarily Iran and additional regional threats, procurement issues and other strategic cooperations."
