The man murdered yesterday in Ashkelon is David Isakov, 34, married and father to a 3-year-old child. According to suspicions, Isakov collected 50 shekels from residents of the building where he lived for a sewage repair. A dispute erupted between him and the murder suspect regarding the payment, which led to the incident.
