At the Accountant General's conference in Jerusalem, he said that "we will encounter certain barriers in global trade, we are in a very challenging world. We may find ourselves in a situation where our defense industries will be blocked. We will need to be Athens and super Sparta. We have no choice. At least in the coming years, we will have to deal with these isolation attempts. What worked until now will not work from now on."
