At Ra'am's 28th national conference convened in Tayibe, the party's candidate list for the upcoming Knesset elections was selected. Mansour Abbas was chosen for the first spot and will head the list. Following him, in order, were chosen Walid Taha, Walid al-Huashla, Iman Khatib-Yasin (in the fourth spot, reserved for women), and Yasser Hajirat. The sixth spot onward will be determined later by Ra'am's executive committee, which also received authority to approve connections with independent candidates.
