Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that overnight Russia carried out an air attack using more than 300 drones and 30 missiles, targeting the Sumy, Odesa and Zhytomyr regions among others. "The attack damaged critical infrastructure in Sumy, and thousands of families are suffering from power outages," Zelensky said.
