Ramat Hasharon Mayor Yitzhak Rochberger informed residents they can leave their homes, but should keep windows closed. Earlier, residents in western Ramat Hasharon were asked to shelter in place and close windows due to a fire that broke out following the Iranian missile barrage. The Fire and Rescue Service spokesman stated: "The incident at the factory containing asbestos is under control. Final extinguishing operations are underway, and there is no danger to residents regarding smoke and asbestos. Normal routines can resume."
