The Defense Ministry and Israel's Security Export Agency canceled a visit to Israel by French Minister Alice Rufo, the number two official in the Defense Ministry who is considered close to President Emmanuel Macron. The decision to cancel the visit, which was scheduled for this coming Sunday, was made following France's refusal to allow American planes carrying munitions to Israel to fly over its territory. Recently, preliminary dialogue was held with French counterparts, aimed at clarifying that these were munitions specifically designated for war with Iran, and Israel presented the type of munitions, but Paris nevertheless decided to refuse.
