Black Friday: 21% increase in credit spending in Israel compared to 2024

Spending during Black Friday reached 989.42 million shekels between 8:00 and 14:00, compared to 978.68 million shekels last year. Data from 2023 and 2022 were also significantly lower. This emerges from data provided by Shva, the manager and developer of the national payment system for credit cards. The busiest minute this morning was 12:56, with more than 20,000 transactions per minute, for a total amount of more than 4.54 million shekels.
