IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir has appointed Major General (res.) Roni Numa to investigate the "Jericho Wall" document, which detailed Hamas's deception plan before October 7 and has not been examined until now. Numa is remembered for leading assistance to the ultra-Orthodox community during the fight against COVID-19, and recently also testified in support of Shin Bet chief David Zini to enable his appointment.
