As part of the emerging framework, the Home Front Command proposed that in communities defined as 'orange zones,' learning will take place only in protected spaces. Either way, Netanyahu rejected Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich's proposal, which promoted the option of declaring a vacation and making up the school days during summer break.
