Members of the "Democracy Fortress" group submitted another urgent request to the High Court for an interim order to prevent the government discussion on the dismissal of the Government's Legal Adviser, Gali Baharav-Miara, scheduled for Monday. The petitioners claim that the new circumstances for filing the request relate to the fact that government respondents "revealed" yesterday their inability to find a representative to staff the senior appointments committee - and because of this they changed the procedure for Baharav-Miara's dismissal.
