Kfar Saba Mayor Rafi Sa'ar and his wife Mital Sa'ar were released to 11 days of house arrest, each separately, in the 'Road to the Village' affair involving receipt of bribes totaling hundreds of thousands of shekels from businesspeople. Both were also barred from city hall and ordered not to contact each other until November 1.
