Fifth Torch - The Torch of Strength of Spirit: 'In Honor of the Fallen and Bereaved Families'

Rafael Arvos, who lost his son First Sergeant Shai Arvos in the war; Makhluf Ohana, who has managed the Kiryat Shmona cemetery for many years; and Rachel Adri (Rachel from Ofakim) whose story resonated after October 7, lit the 'Strength of Spirit' torch. Rafael Arvos dedicated the torch 'in honor of the heroes buried in plot number 10 in the Holon cemetery, and in honor of each and every one of the fallen and bereaved families.' Rachel Adri dedicated the torch 'in memory of my beloved husband David, who walked with me all along the way and passed away shortly after that Saturday.'
