The Population and Immigration Authority reported that the suspect who tried to cross the border in Eilat's maritime zone during the week is a South Korean citizen. An investigation revealed that the suspect had previously attempted to enter Israel in April 2025 and was denied entry. The authority has issued him a deportation order from Israel.
