Police have solved the murder of 15-year-old Azmi Gharib, who was shot to death in Nazareth last month. According to police, the murder was carried out as part of a conflict between the Hariri and Bakri crime organizations. Two days after the murder, three suspects in their involvement were arrested, residents of Jisr az-Zarqa and Reina aged 20 and 32. In the suspects' possession, police seized duplicate license plates, five vehicles, two handguns and a Kalashnikov rifle that allegedly was used in the fatal shooting of Gharib, who was not involved in criminal activity. A prosecutor's statement was filed against the suspects ahead of filing indictments.
