Palestinians reported that groups in the Gaza Strip, some including armed individuals, looted aid that was transferred to the area of Khan Younis. Among other incidents, it was reported that five trucks of flour were looted. "They stole food that was meant to reach hungry children and families," said aid organizations operating in the area.
