Fire and rescue forces are working to contain a fire that broke out in Harubit Forest in the Beit Shemesh area. Six firefighting aircraft are assisting from the air the firefighters operating in the forest. It was reported that 'under cover of the winds, the fire spread and reached the treetops. Firefighting teams are working to contain its spread.' It was emphasized that at this stage there is no danger to nearby communities.
