The prosecution filed an indictment with the Haifa District Court for Juveniles against two minors, aged 14 and 16 from Kiryat Motzkin, who carried out missions together for a foreign agent operating on behalf of Iran in exchange for payment. Among other things, they carried out photography missions, spray-painted graffiti and worked to recruit additional minors to carry out missions for the agent. The indictment states that last June, one of the minors made contact through a Telegram group for job searches with a person who introduced himself as 'Daniel' and offered him to carry out missions in exchange for payment. As part of the contact, one of the minors photographed various locations in Israel, including malls in the Herzliya and Tel Aviv area, and in one of the missions also passed on to the agent information about the number of entrances and exits in the mall and the number of security guards at the location.
