The Health Ministry reported a rabid puppy was discovered near Camp Horon in Samaria. 27 people who were exposed have been referred for preventive rabies treatment. The ministry further stated that "Anyone who came in contact or whose pets came in contact with the infected animal or a stray animal in the area of the incident between November 20, 2025, and December 4, 2025, inclusive, should urgently contact the Petah Tikva District Health Office at 03-9051818, or the health office nearest to their place of residence to consider preventive treatment."
