The State Prosecutor's Office has filed an indictment against David Elimelech for committing an indecent act against a woman at Hilton Beach in Tel Aviv about a week and a half ago. According to the indictment, Elimelech sat next to the complainant and her friends at a beach restaurant, followed her to the restroom, entered the stall she was in, locked the door and exposed himself to her. The complainant tried to resist and turned away, but Elimelech continued his actions. The indictment charges him with 'committing an indecent act against the complainant without consent for sexual arousal, gratification and humiliation.'
