Russia claims bridge collapse on railway caused by explosion: 'Ukraine is terror enclave'

|
Bryansk region governor Alexander Bogomaz said that the bridge collapse over the railway in the area, which caused a train derailment resulting in seven deaths and 69 injuries, was caused by an explosion. A Russian senator responded to the incident saying it indicates that Ukraine "has become a terrorist enclave." The train was carrying about 400 passengers en route to Moscow. Simultaneously with the events in Bryansk, a freight train derailed in the Kursk region with the locomotive driver injured - it is still unknown if there is any connection between the incidents.
