Palestinians reported that settlers set fire to an agricultural tractor and spray-painted graffiti overnight in the village of Ras Karkar, west of Ramallah. It was also reported that settlers set fire to vehicles and spray-painted racist slogans early this morning in the village of Deir Abu Mash'al in the Ramallah area. The police stated that they have opened an investigation into the incidents, accompanied by the IDF.
