Traffic police blocked Route 4 southbound in the Bnei Brak area. Heavy traffic congestion has been reported at the scene. The Jerusalem Faction announced it will hold protests this afternoon around 4:00 p.m. in the Gush Dan region and in Jerusalem following the arrest of draft evaders. The expectation is that the main focus in the center will be the Bnei Brak area, and possibly also near Ben Gurion Airport.
