IDF Arabic spokesman, Lt. Col. Avichay Adraee, published an evacuation notice for residents of Khan Younis in southern Gaza Strip. The notice stated that "The IDF is operating with tremendous force to destroy terrorist organizations' capabilities in the area and will attack any site used for launching rockets. For your safety, move immediately westward to the Al-Mawasi area and do not return to dangerous areas where fighting is taking place. The evacuation order does not apply to Al-Amal and Nasser hospitals."
