Man sues New York Times for refusing to call Gaza war genocide

|
A Manhattan man has filed a $50 million lawsuit against The New York Times, alleging that the newspaper's refusal to describe the war in Gaza as "genocide" conceals Israel's actions and has caused him severe emotional distress. The plaintiff, Timothy Murphy, claims the coverage left him suffering from depression, anxiety and insomnia and that he even cried himself to sleep.
