Israeli Air Force security forces located three balloons in an area adjacent to the fence of the Hatzrim Air Force base in southern Israel. An IDF spokesperson said the balloons had packages attached to them containing materials suspected to be various types of drugs alongside tobacco products, and that the circumstances of the incident are under investigation. According to the suspicion, the intention was to transport the balloons across the border.
