Zamir at Syrian border: 'I ordered to increase attack pace and stop harm to Druze'

IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir held a situational assessment in the Golan Heights at the Syrian border, during which he updated that he instructed "to reinforce intelligence collection and attack capabilities in order to increase the pace of strikes and stop harm to the Druze as needed." He added: "We are acting decisively to prevent hostile elements from establishing themselves across the border, to protect Israeli citizens and prevent harm to the Druze."
