Police will allocate additional forces to the fire zones in the Jerusalem hills, including ATV units arriving from the north, to assist with evacuation and firefighting operations. Evacuation efforts of residents from at-risk areas have been intensified, in accordance with emergency authorities' instructions. The decision to carry out these actions was made following a police situation assessment, conducted under the leadership of National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir.
