The government unanimously approved Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's decision to appoint Tzipi Hotovely as head of the National Public Diplomacy Division in the Prime Minister's Office. She will assume the position on May 5, 2026. The appointment received the recommendation of the Appointments Committee headed by the Civil Service Commissioner. Hotovely previously served as minister of settlement, minister of diaspora affairs, deputy foreign minister and Israel's ambassador to the United Kingdom.
